For over 50 years, Joe has made Austin his home. In 1970, during the heyday of vinyl records, Joe started an extremely popular independent record shop near UT called Inner Sanctum Records. (If your curious, check the documentary below!) It was ground zero for the burgeoning Austin music scene from 1970 to 1983! In 1985, Joe Bryson took a major career shift and began his real estate career. From Day One, Joe focused on the condominium and townhome market, earning him the well-known moniker Condo Joe. In 2011, the Austin Board of Realtors selected him for their highest honor REALTOR of the Year. The Austin Chronicle has also selected him TWICE as a ìBest of Austin award recipient. 

Joe lives in downtown Austin with his wife, Dr. Anne Ames. They enjoy the best of what central Austin has to offer: music, great restaurants, riding bikes, and swimming at Barton Springs. Though they do a good amount of travel, Joe stays in touch by ALWAYS answering his phone whenever and wherever he and Anne may be. 

A graduate of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business with a degree in marketing, Joe also has professional experience as a television producer, radio announcer, and photographer for AISD, the Texas Senate, and KUT-FM. All of these experiences and learned skills helps make Joe one of the most accomplished Realtors you can choose to work with in Austin.
